Message	Your surprised, why? Typical Z1/AMS customer service. As long as people care more about price then quality and customers service, places like Z1/AMS will be in business. The mass majority of American would rather complain after the fact then spend a few dollars more for customer service. People will never learn that Z1/AMS is trash
